POP UP MONDAY : THE LISTS

LET’S SIP SOME TEA, NOW SHALL WE…… Right, so I had a really bad day, and I felt like I was lost and out of touch with myself…. so far away from my goals and aspirations. I had lost someone Important. Y’all know that feeling. So I just stupidly took my book and tore two pieces of paper. I remembered that I had seen this in some television show where they said if you are having a bad day just take a paper and divide it into two, write down all the bad/negative stuff about your life on one side, then on the other side write the good/positive stuff. So I did just that, and man oh man! This actually worked. It made me realise how much love I’m surrounded with. There are a lot of people that I love and that love me in turn, and all of a sudden loosing that one person seized to be the gigantic problem it was. Truth be told, losing a person you love is not easy at all, the trick is to remember there are other people that actually love you The trick is to focus on the other positive things in your life. We usually focus on one person and rely on them to make us happy. We make our happiness other people's chores.
Instead as a person, i think one should balance themself, by finding happiness in self and other surrounding things like work, school, passion projects and hobbies
