With the ever changing weather patterns sometimes we wonder what the perfect outfit would be, you know that feeling when you don't want to feel cold or too hot, but you still want to look fabulous. Have you also found yourself in that situation whereby you have a favourite piece of clothing and you just want to put it on all the time? If your answer is yes,you are not alone. I have a pair of shorts that I love to death. In this weird weather, i love to occasionally rock them. So this week's post tackles two things: how to rock the same shorts multiple times and how to rock them in these ever changing weather conditions.
First up we have a casual look, a treat for the tomboys. I have paired up my black and white stripped shorts with a crop sweater and a jock jacket. These two are the same colour and what makes them pop is the brightness of the red colour. Yes red works well with black and white, so you can also try out that combination with your other clothes. The look is finished off with black creeper sneakers.
Since the mornings are usually chilly,you can put on both tops and when it gets warmer as the day goes on you can take off the jock jacket.
The next look is a more laid back one. You can pair the shorts with a t-shirt, throw on a flowy jersey and add my sparkly sneakers. This is laid back.
The next look is a more formal type of look. Here I paired the shorts with a black turtle neck and black coat. Then finished it off with black boots and visible long black socks.
Then lastly, I took a simple but totally fashionable twist. A simple jersey that is not even an off the shoulder type of jersey is miraculously turned into one. Yessss! If you have similar jerseys you can drop them on the shoulders to create this trendy look. I then finished it off with my ankle boots ,again with visible socks. What I've realised is, visible socks are a fashionable must,and please dare to try this out too.
